The class still has some teacher-led instruction, but these are mostly 5-15 minute sessions once or twice per class subject/day. The rest of the time think of yourself more as a copilot, with the students leading their learning through self-paced activities, partner or small group work, and projects. While students work you are available to help individual students or work with small groups. This takes more planning time initially as you build your bank of learning tools, but it will make future planning much easier. Let Teacheropolis help you the "coach" in your classroom with ideas and pre-made resources!

What does that look like?

Call yourself a classroom "COACH,"
not a teacher
