Jennifer Williams brings more than 25 years of classroom and leadership experience to her work as a curriculum developer and instructional strategist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Education in Elementary Education, with concentrations in General Science and Special Education, and has been repeatedly recognized as an Accomplished Teacher under Ohio’s educator evaluation system.
Over a quarter century working in high-needs school settings has shown her that lasting improvement isn’t about star power—it’s about dependable systems that anyone can implement. Serving in a district where 100% of students receive free meals, Jennifer has designed and refined practical frameworks that transform chaotic classrooms into environments where students feel safe, engaged, and capable.
She specializes in building STEM-centered learning experiences and using data-informed practices to elevate instruction, strengthen student motivation, and create classrooms that thrive. Jennifer’s mission is to equip educators with structures that replace burnout with clarity, frustration with confidence, and instability with meaningful, sustainable change.
